BPV: Babes Point of View, Honda: Goldwing
So…I moved to the beach! Thanks to a dear soul who felt my need of change. And he just happens to be my driver. Which is why you are are reading this now… Ricky Talbot, you rock! My life has changed for the better here in South Redondo. I’ll be surfing before you know it! Maybe even before you get back from Sturgis, =)
And now, on to my next adventure on the Honda “Goldwing”. At first glance, the Goldwing gave me the impression of a motorcycle taxicab. But upon closer inspection, this was unmistakably an ultimate riding machine. The “Bitch Pad” as you boys like to refer to it, was amazingly cushy! It sat about 4 inches above the driver with my own handle bars by my hips. Great I thought, no more banging my helmet into his on this bike. Above the handle bars sat some good sized speakers that pumped satellite radio! The music acts as a soundtrack for me, to any ride, the louder the better! This bike was the limousine of all motorcycles!
At a red light I stretched my arms out and up to the sun and then behind me, strangely aligning my vertebrae, (I heard a couple cracks) and felt immediately relaxed. I leaned my elbows on top of the speakers and threw my head back with ease and drank in the acceleration of the first couple of gears as we sped up the hills through Pales Verdes.
Clearly this vehicle was made for road trips! This ride was so smooth, I could’ve been mixing drinks back there!
