KLD Motors America: Building a Bad Motor-Scooter

Austin-based KLD Motors America has designed a computerized, electric motor system that uses an innovative nano-crystalline composite material to conduct energy more efficiently than traditional, iron-core motors. The high-frequency to low RPM ratio allegedly eliminates the need for a minor part called the transmission. Vietnam-based Sufat Co.
