Bump n’ Grind

0

When the Long Beach Pike Amusement Park tossed out a bunch of worn out old bumper cars, Tom Wright stepped up to raise the dead. Not with a Satanic ritual (we think) but through his hot rod builder skills. The San Diego guy transplanted a bunch of homeless motorcycle motors into them, then went through the rest of the trouble to turn them into street-legal mini-cars, complete with cool paint jobs. At first he used Harley mills, but they rattled too much (yes, we were shocked too). Now they’re powered by Kawasaki and Honda motors. And I really want one.
